On 10 September, the Cabinet of Ministers issued an order on the transfer of the state movable property to Ukraine without compensation, thus supporting the decision of the Internal Security Bureau (ISB) and the Information Center of the Ministry of the Interior (IC MoI) to transfer significant material and technical resources to Ukraine.
Based on the request of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the analysis of the situation, the ISB has decided to hand over to Ukraine used but fully functional components of special clothing and technical means, the total value of which is 1703.64 euros. These funds, which include clothing and equipment, are no longer needed for the provision of functions of the ISB after the ISB purchased new equipment in the end of 2023.
The transfer of support will take place by signing a tripartite delivery - acceptance report between the ISB, the Entrepreneurs for Peace Foundation and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The Entrepreneurs for Peace Foundation will ensure the delivery of the funds to Ukraine, taking all the necessary steps and covering the related expenses.
In turn, the IC MoI will deliver more than 1,000 pieces of technical equipment, including computers and monitors, to Ukrainian government institutions that will help Ukrainian government institutions continue their work despite the challenges of hostilities.
The support will be received by the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration of Ukraine, the State Administration of the Bilotserkiv District of the Kyiv Region of Ukraine, Kyiv National Military University and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The technical provision includes 849 computers and 269 monitors, which are still in working order, despite more than 5 years of operation, and ready for further use.
Delivery and documentation will be provided by the Association "Armoury" (Bruņotava), which will transport the necessary equipment to Ukraine and sign the tripartite delivery report with the Ukrainian institutions.
