On Thursday, June 30, Minister of Internal Affairs Kristaps Eklons met with H.E. Monika Michaliszyn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Latvia. During the meeting, a number of issues important to both sides were discussed, such as security on the external borders with Belarus, solving the challenges caused by the Russian war in Ukraine and dismantling monuments glorifying totalitarian regimes.
