In support of the Ukrainian Emergency Situations Service personnel during the war launched by Russia, the State Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) provided the Emergency Situations Service with the equipment and 20 000 liters of firefighting foam concentrate needed for firefighting in oil refineries and oil depots. The SFRS transfered diving equipment for underwater searches free of charge from its material and technical base.
Along with the above-mentioned transfer of material and technical assets to Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the allocation of EUR 38 478 to the Ministry of the Interior (SFRS), which will be needed to renew the material and technical assets and stocks transferred to SFRS.
